We are working with multiple professional engineering and MBA colleges across India training their students in the G2E (Graduation to Employment) segment. The training is offered in TalentBridge Copyrighted GCCR course. GCCR, Graduate Certificate in Corporate Readiness, has been developed by us, grounds up, by putting 10880 Man hours of primary research including native insights into the expectations of students, faculties, companies. The objective of the course is to make graduating students in the smaller towns employable by making them Corporate Ready. The course trains the students into the various aspects of behavioural and cognitive requisites in the corporate world.

These trained resources are benchmarked through our own CRQ assessment. CRQ, Corporate Readiness Quotient, measures the general level of employability in a student and relative benchmarking against other students in the total pool.

TalentBridge provides "Complete Resume and Profile Management System" to our partner companies dynamically and totally automated. We can dynamically profile every student using our unique pedagogy on 8 different parameters besides sharing an audio clip of each student on their language proficiency.

The companies can publish an online test remotely to shortlisted candidates based on the profiling and requirement mapping. And the final round of interviewing can be facilitated using video interface with the candidate remotely.
