Publish online test remotely to a dynamically profiled and shortlisted database and conduct a test online without the need of proctoring. We have created tested algorithms to avoid, control, monitor, filter and blacklist candidates based on their history and profile with us. There is an element of fraud which is continuously reduced using our technological tools and this is further eliminated during face to face interview with the candidate. We publish a list of suspect candidates post a written test which can be re-evaluated during subsequent rounds of recruitment.
