OnCampus is a mode where you can source trained students from our database and conduct the complete recruitment cycle remotely using:

1. Online assessment engine for remote written test.
2. Remote interviewing using Live web based video conferencing infrastructure from TalentBridge.

Under this mode of engagement, besides the above, we also organize campus drives based on a mandate given to us by our corporate partners in our partner colleges or even organize Pool campuses in these remote locations. We also partner for outsourced first level of recruitments for our partner companies.
