ManDate is the mode of engagement where our corporate partners recruit with conditional offers and depute the recruited candidates to us for a mandated training as desired by them. This training is customized and delivered by us before the candidates join. Post training, the candidates are assessed by our partner companies and then the selected students join the companies.
