TalentBridge Academic Council (TAC) is the think tank of TalentBridge. TAC is an autonomous body within TalentBridge that conceptualizes, designs and develops TalentBridge Curriculum. TAC does it as a continuous activity with the objective of creating an industry benchmark besides doing research to develop its IP on performance metrics for the curriculum. The responsibility of Product Life Management of the curriculum also rests with TAC.

In view of the envisaged direction for TAC, the team at TAC has renowned professionals from industry in the domain of Training and Development. Each Member in TAC comes with no less than ten years of professional experience in the relevant domain.

We are continuously searching for great people willing to share their knowledge with society and who have the experience commensurate to our needs at TAC. We firmly believe that TAC would become the greatest Intellectual Capital of the company in times to come.
