Started by IIM/IIT/NIT alumni, TalentBridge is a social enterprise aiming to bridge the industry-academia gap by

1. Collaborating with industry and colleges to bring higher education in line with 21st century requirements through holistic change management (Curriculum, Pedagogy, Institutional Processes, and Targeted Skill Development) and


2. Partnering with corporate world to help them find good employees by conducting Orientation, Training and Mentoring for students with corporate inputs, and then connecting those students to jobs suited best to them
